Service Operating Terms

MARSA grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the platform. This access is synchronized to your Identity Provider (Clerk) and is subject to your continuous compliance with our safety and community standards.

• Reverse engineering AI nodes
• Malicious scraping of health data
• automated bot synchronization
• Identity impersonation
• Abuse of support channels

MARSA reserves the absolute right to suspend or decommission any account that compromises the integrity of the platform or the safety of the community. In the event of termination, all your encrypted data will be auto-purged within 24 hours.

MARSA is built primarily for women and girls aged 13 and above, though anyone aged 13 or older is welcome to use the platform. Users under 18 should use MARSA with the awareness and, where practical, the involvement of a parent or guardian — particularly given the health and safety nature of the service. MARSA does not knowingly allow or collect data from children under 13.

The MARSA name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are the property of MARSA Empower. You retain ownership of the personal content and health data you provide; by using the platform you grant MARSA a limited license to process that data solely to deliver the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

MARSA is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MARSA Empower is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for matters that cannot lawfully be limited, including gross negligence or willful misconduct.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from your use of MARSA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan.
