MARSA grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the platform. This access is synchronized to your Identity Provider (Clerk) and is subject to your continuous compliance with our safety and community standards.

- Malicious scraping of health data
- automated bot synchronization
- Identity impersonation
- Abuse of support channels

Termination Protocol
MARSA reserves the absolute right to suspend or decommission any account that compromises the integrity of the platform or the safety of the community. In the event of termination, all your encrypted data will be auto-purged within 24 hours.
